Distribution Methods and Direct Transactions

The details regarding direct transactions are set out below.

This is a made-to-order system requiring payment in advance.
Once payment has been confirmed, we will arrange for the necessary materials, as required.
As this is a private transaction, we will disclose the sender’s address and ask for the delivery address once payment has been confirmed.
We will also keep you updated on the progress via email as appropriate.
Payment must be made by bank transfer.
We will provide you with the bank account details when we send you the quotation.
For the sake of convenience, we are using a bank account that we have held since living in the Tokyo metropolitan area; although this is different from our current place of residence, please note that we have completed all necessary formalities (such as change of address) and that this is our personal account.
Please note that items will be dispatched via Yamato Transport (the PSM series will be sent via Takkyubin Compact).
Please be advised that we only ship within Japan.
Shipping costs are included in the price; however, for multiple items, we will adjust the shipping charge accordingly.
For deliveries outside Japan, please use a forwarding service.
Please note: We are unable to ship to countries subject to Japanese or US laws and regulations, and we cannot provide a forwarding service.
Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for the PSM01/PSM02 series, approximately 3–4 weeks for the LPS01 series, and approximately 4–5 weeks for the LPS02 series.
Please note that if we do not have the circuit boards in stock, we will place an order, which will add approximately one further week to the lead time.
We will provide a response to your enquiry, including the delivery date.
In accordance with US and Japanese laws and regulations, and in line with guidance from US semiconductor suppliers, we maintain records of sales for the LPS series.

As this is strictly a personal hobby project, distribution will, in principle, be limited to the methods outlined above.

We would appreciate your understanding.

Please note that should we discover any resale of the product, we intend to either suspend distribution or sell it at the resale price; we ask for your understanding in advance.

Selling items on Yahoo! Auctions and flea market sites

We may occasionally list items for sale on Yahoo! Auctions or online marketplaces, but this is subject to the following conditions; generally, we deal exclusively through direct transactions.

PSM01-B/M and PSM02-Mx only
As a general rule, we do not list the full-spec versions, PSM01-F and PSM02-Fx (except in cases where a single unit of a new product is listed)
This applies only if we have stock of Nichicon UKA or solid polymer capacitors.
*This applies only if we have spare parts in stock and are able to assemble a product suitable for sale.
There are no listings for the LPS series
*Due to semiconductor export regulations in the US and Japan regarding certain components used in this product, we are prohibited from selling it to anonymous buyers.

Regarding customised PSM01/02 models

For the PSM01 and PSM02, requests for changes to capacitors or DC cable lengths can be accommodated through direct transactions.
Please specify your requirements when enquiring, and we will do our utmost to accommodate them.
However, in the case of capacitors that are difficult to source, you will need to procure and send them yourself.

Generally, we cover the cost of parts and the delivery charges for purchasing them, but
in the case of covering the PSM board with heat-shrink tubing,

Regarding the PLA+TPU case for the PSM02,

Costs for 3D printer equipment and consumables

Please note that as additional equipment is required, we have factored this into the price on a pro rata basis.

Regarding the operating voltage of the LPS01

The LPS01 is designed to operate at 5V, 9V, 12V, 15V, 18V or 24V, with the specification allowing you to select two voltages from the nearest options; however, we can also accommodate custom voltages.

In such cases, the maximum output may vary depending on the voltage difference with the toroidal transformer.

The NU-DDC Edition and MC-3 DC Edition are examples of our customisation services.

Regarding customised LPS01 products

For LPS01 Ver. 1.2 and later, we are able to accommodate the following customisations.

We are happy to discuss matters such as cable length on an individual basis.
Custom options can only be accepted at the time of ordering; any changes requested after an order has been placed will either be declined or subject to an additional charge.
Please note, however, that an additional delivery charge will apply for cables.

We offer the following customisation options for the LPS02EX and LPS02EX-D.
