Regarding the malfunction of the enquiry system
We are currently experiencing an issue where, despite the system displaying that your enquiry has been sent, it is not actually being transmitted.
This is due to a problem with our API, and we are currently considering solutions, including migration to a different API.
If you have submitted an enquiry, we kindly ask that you resend it via email to briaudioinfo@brichan.jp.
