In the PSM02 series, based on the experience with the LPS01, MKP2s are used, which are more compatible but more expensive, and by placing two of them - one on the UKA side and one on the polymer solid capacitor side - high sound quality on the UKA side is achieved and oscillation is suppressed, resulting in even clearer high frequencies and tighter bass frequencies than the PSM01 series. The PSM01 series has even clearer high frequencies and tighter low frequencies than the PSM01 series.

The PSM02-xF series uses eight Nichicon FPCAP RNL solid polymer capacitors, which are more expensive, but are responsible for enhancing the over-responsiveness, noise reduction and volume of the PSM02 series.The method of connecting the capacitors is different from the PSM01-x2N series. This is responsible for the PSM02 series' improved responsiveness, information content, sound separation and noise reduction.
The Nichicon FPCAP RNL uses an ultra-low ESR 10 mΩ 5000-hour product (FP5K).
The PSM02 series is a balanced type that can be used all-round because of its moderate volume, high frequencies that do not stick in the ear and 25 V compatibility.
